Re: Visitor Visa to visit Canada from 21 September to 9th October 2023
Dear Sirs
I am …………… wife of…………. We are living in Hyderabad. I am working as a manager in a private firm and earn an income of Rs ………… per month. I have been working since several years and have saved up enough money. My husband and I have decided to enjoy holidays in September-October this year by visiting Canada. I have heard that Canada is clean, affordable and offers quite a few attractions, and that it is affordable to visit Canada. I will be accompanying my husband. He has put in a separate application for a tourist visa but we will travel together from 21st September to 9th October this year. I am applying for a tourist visa and request you to grant it to me so that we can have a memorable and brief holiday in Canada.
I live with my husband and his family in Hyderabad. Our combined income is more than enough to keep us in total comfort. In addition, we have built up savings over the years. My husband earns over Rs ………. per month. Our combined income and savings will pay for the cost of travel and stay in Canada for about a fortnight. We do not foresee any financial issues and have it all well-planned and budgeted. My husband has bought tickets and we have a tentative booking at the Hotel Four Points by Sheraton in Toronto. I do not have any friends or relatives in Canada who will sponsor us. We will be paying for all the costs from our pocket. I attach proof of income and proof of property ownership as well as bank FD and other details of assets to prove that we are more than capable, financially, of undertaking this visit and returning to India on completion of the tour.
Neither I nor my husband have any intention of staying over in Canada. I have a good and stable job. He has a good, high paying job. We are well-settled and secure. We have a family, and strong community and relatives ties here in India. We pay tax and are living a respectable life. I do not see why we should want to give it all up for the lure of living in a foreign country as illegals, and undergo extreme hardship in extreme weather, besides being discriminated against by all people and the law. This should be more than enough to satisfy you that we will return to India after the brief holiday. We intend to tour Toronto chiefly, the Niagara Falls, and places of interest in a 100 kilometre radius, perhaps take a ride on the Canadian Pacific Railway.
My husband and I visited the UAE in September 2018 and returned to Hyderabad. This time too, we will return after holidaying in Canada. We want our children to be Indians and grow up with Indian values, which we cherish.
You are requested to consider and grant the visa to me (and my husband) so that we can jointly enjoy a brief holiday in some of the enchanting places around Toronto.
Yours faithfully,
……………….
